Jen McCain

President  

Jen is President of Irie Capital Corporation, a privately held investment & holding company, and a Partner in JSM Capital Corporation, a Single Family Office. 

Jen has a Master’s of Business Administration with a major in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from Simmons University in Boston, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a major in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Dalhousie University. Jen is a Director on the McCain Foods Group Holding Company Board, and Chair of the Shareholder Engagement Committee. Jen also sits on the campaign cabinet for Kids Help Phone, the largest fundraising effort for youth Mental Health in Canadian History. Jen also launched their own personal family foundation, The Everything Irie Family Foundation. Jen has served on numerous non-profit and for profit boards including a privately held Real Estate company, the McCain Foundation Board, Board of Canada's National Ballet School’s, and Friends of Ruby. They are also a member of various global communities focused on supporting family business and values based investing.
